Hello, can it be that you use Windows 10 an make a update to FallsCreator (Win10 1709?) If yes then you should install the patch for this version: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109755067 Regards Christoph |

Yes, I use Windows 10. I installed the patch and restarted my PC but still get the same error. |

Hi, after the patch install try to repair or uninstall/reinstall the licence Manager.

Been getting the same problem. Uninstalling Lmu did not solve it for me either.. |
