Hello, I have the following situation. D435 unit together with AIM, ALM, SMM and BM modules are used for driving Siemens PMSM motor. During certain periods D435-2 must deactivate ALM and SMM modules and thus de-energize the main contactor which leads to complete disconnection from the grid. Only D435-2 stays powered from UPS. After this operation, a number of alarms are detected. My question is if there is any way that these alarms could be automatically reset so that when the command for energizing the main contactor (from the program) and startup of ALM and SMM modules is set, the operations are carried out without the need for downloading the program itself and manual alarm reset. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello nikivuk, looks like Axis_1 has an encoder fault. Please check the SINAMICS error information for more details. Check on the reason for this encoder fault. Some encoder faults could only be acknowledged by a power cycle of the drive. But because you have mentioned that the fault is present after power up the system, it is also possible that the reason of the error is still present, i.e., defective components, lose encoder connections. With SINA_Infeed you can just acknowledge the errors on the infeed. But you can use SINA_Para to reset the faults on the drive system with p2102 with help of acyclic commands. There is also a SIMOTION program available which is doing this, “SIMOTION: Acknowledge fault messages from drive components”, but theprogram is not available via internet distribution. Please get in contact with your local Siemens contact, he can support you further in this matter. You can find the local Siemens represent under the following link: www.automation.siemens.com/partner |
