Automation in an weighing machine

Dear experts,

Would you please help me with an example of weighing machine configuration:

1. I already have load cells of Metller Toledo of specifications: SB-3t, 1.99990 mV/V, Sl. No. 63954006KN.
2. I want to use SIWAREX CS module for interfacing this load cell. But I do not have enough informations / manuals for the hardware and software I need.
3. Finally my goal is to take the weight data to an HMI and to take a print for a tag to each and every weight.

Hello expert,

We want to measure the weight of finished product of a bar mill. In the existing system there are two structures and the bar bundle comes to these structure for weighing. Each structure has 4 (four) load cells at its 4 corners. The displayed weight is the summation of two weights found from these 2 structures. The maximum weight is around 4000 Kg.

It is for your kind information, please. Please give me some guidance for identifying the appropriate modules.

Thank you very much for the help. We have Metller Toledo ind780 in our present weighing scale. We want to use only load cells of this system for interfacing following siemens modules:

1. Module SIWAREX CS module for each load cell (there are 8 load cells)
2. CPU 315-2DP
3. Wincc flexible for recording weight at least for last 72 hours.
4. Printer for printing tag for each bundle.

If you have some other idea for a more efficient ways, would you please let me know?

There are two weighing scales adjacent to each other having 4 load cells in each scale. The bar bundle comes to these two scales and rests symmetrically (that is, 50 % of the bundle length on one scale and 50% on the adjacent scale) on these scales for 2/3 minutes. Final weight is the addition of these two.
