Could you please describe: 1> Which processes are you busy with? 2> Which software modules are open (WinCC / Step7 / ..) 3> Which software and their versions. 4> What happens when you close all Siemens softwares? 5> Is updating of software taking place? 6> Is the telemetry functions switched on/off? 7> Is support gateway function switched on/off? 8> Is the license local or reached from a network?

So as a quick test, you can check the version of ALM and perform an update. If this does not help, we need more information, as already mentioned. Handling programs for authorizing or licensing SIMATIC products. ( ALM, TIA Administrator, Authors) regards sancruz
