Dear all, Finally, I installed the ALM V6.2 on my computer successfully. These are my findings during the installation of ALM V6.2: 1. The "PendingFileRenameOperations" will pop up time to time although you had deleted it previously. 2. Therefore, when you click "Refresh" button in registry editor, if got appear "PendingFileRenameOperations", then need to delete it immediately. 3. Otherwise, it will restart your computer automatically without prior notice. 4. As a result, you need to re-install this software again start from zero. Thank you. Best regards, Jay
