Dhruva Posts: 89 Rating: (4)	Dear Sir I am working on an Existing Project , where I need to add hundreds of Equipments. The Problem is when I donloaded the Project Backup on Simulator for Testing, I got a message warning for the Load and Work Memory. Till now I have not added any of the equipments, and it is giving warning. So what will happen after adding hundreds of equipments? What is the method to overcome this? I don't know the actual CPU you have, you may be able to upgrade to a newer version or to a more performant model, I would suggest minimum S7-417 FW > 5 if you are talking about hundereds of objects or you will have to split your application in several parts over a number of CPU's. If you would specify exactly what CPU you are using and what kind of objects you need to add (motors, valves, APL, Standard library, special libraries etc) maybe we could provide you with a more accurate answer. Dear David The Existing project backup is in PCS 7 V6.1 , and the CPU is S7 417-4H ( 6ES7 417-4HL04-0AB0 ). In this I will be adding , around 100 instruments like Analog Values , Motors and Valves of Basic Library. Hope you got my problem.
