Axis License key in D435 Simotion

Bnatha Advanced Member Joined: 12/18/2007 Last visit: 3/18/2025 Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	Dear experts, I am facing the problem in D435 Simotion controller.Actualy I am configured 1Master & 2 Following axis in D435 controller.After that I saw the SF LED was blinking.I check device diagnosis shows"One or More runtime software license key missing". After I Performing the License key from Net, I got Key.then I entered that Key and Copy to Contoller.Still the SF LED blinking with RED (may be1sec on & off). I herewith attached Screen shot of device diagnosis & Licensing. Please give me the solution for this.. Attachment License.JPG (533 Downloads)

Jerry Posts: 116 Rating: (7)	Hi, see FAQ http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/42014324 If you entered the key manual, you might made a mistake. (see FAQ) ..In both cases only the license key and a line-feed (CR/LF) are allowed in the text file ... Regard Jerry
