Hello I am a new user and I would like to know if you csn help me.

I have registered snd downoladed ALL the parts of Step 7 profesionnal v13. But I am not allowed to download the .exe file, I receive this message:

¡No Se Puede Realizar la Descarga Porque su Solicitud de Inscripción todavía ESTA Siendo procesada

"The download may not proceed because your request for registration is still being processed".

And I do not know why they allow me to download all the parts but not the .exe file.
