Bad gateway error

Hi everyone,

Currently I'm trying to set up an User Managment Component with help of the UMC basic manual. I can create my own server, so that is not the problem. After I did all the steps I must be able to log in via the webbrowser. I know, because I got it working this morning.

But for some reason I can not get to the login page anymore and get the following error. Error 502.3 Bad gateway. 

I'm using WinCC Unified v17.

I think it has something to do with the IIS but did'nt change anything actually.

I hope someone can help me.

can you please try to execute the idpwebconfigurator.bat agian?

Please check in the output, if any warnings about missing IIS components are appearing.

If yes please install those components.

I got it working by following the steps shown in the attachment.

Got same error. May I ask you where I can find the :

idpwebconfigurator.bat

?

I'm using v18 and cannot follow the procedure shown in the image:

cd  "C:\Program Files\Siemens\UserManagemente\BIN"

 result:

 

Cannot find the specified path.
