Batch Report. How to retrieve

Delphoe Posts: 120 Rating: (1)	Hi, Pro I'm working with Batch in PCS7. After I finish running the Bathc. I close and then archive it in order to take further Batch report. I use data base of SQL 2005 in order to archive Batch. However, although I've archived the Batch in SQL database, I can't find any report for the batch( using SB Report). Please, help me. Instruct me how I can open the report for the Batch file.( which I've archived and remove from BCC). Thanks in advanced.

CBo Gold Member Joined: 4/5/2006 Last visit: 3/5/2025 Posts: 917 Rating: (63)	Hi Delphoe , you need install SBR, automatically installed with Simatic Batch or you need install separatle over other station. SBR open .xml file so you need associate .xml file on SBR to open batch archive directly clicking on it, otherwise just open SBR and open .xml file from menu. Try to post some screenshot & SW installed if you need more help REgards

In archieving step, with the method of "Directory", I succeed in creating the Batch report file( in type of .xml) and feasibly open it in SBR. However, when I use the "SQL Server" It still creates for me the database but the SQL ones. To this step, I do not know how to open the report by using the SQL Database. Please, help me. Thanks in Advanced. highly regards.
