BF indicator on ET200M flashes red

BF indicator on ET200M flashes red, why? I use ET200M + DO16 (6ES7 322-1BH01-0AA0). My PC IP 192.168.0.241, PLC 192.168.0.62, ET200M 192.168.0.50 . Help me to resolve this issue.
