BF indicator on ET200M lights up red

BF indicator on ET200M lights up red. why? and, no tags for IO on the IO module. I use ET200M + DO16 (6ES7 322-1BH01-0AA0). In topology and network view has been connected, but in ET200M it says "not assigned". My PC IP 192.168.0.241, PLC 192.168.0.62, 192.168.0.50 ET200M. help me to resolve this issue.

If not, have a look at chapter 14.3 "Assigning a name to a Profinet IO device online" in the SIMATIC S7 S7-1200 Programmable controller manual on how to do so and your problem should be fixed.
