I needed to monitor specified bit inside of a DINT HMI tag and found a simple solution. Might be useful to someone else also.

Works at least with WinCC Professional V14. (VBS)

'Reads the status of specific bit inside of a longer tag
Function BitRead(ByRef NonBoolTag, ByRef BitNumber)
If NonBoolTag And 2^BitNumber Then
BitRead = 1
Else
BitRead = 0
End If
End Function
