Black line in alarm logging

jul's Posts: 58 Rating: (1)	Hi everybody !! I have a problem with the alarm logging. I have two windows, in the first i display the current alarm, in the second i display the long archieve. The problem is that there is some alarm in the archive which are black. So when i put a SQL filter, it doesn't see the good alarms. I am sure that under the black there is the alarms which i am searching because i can see the number of the message.And the number of the message correpond to my alarm. Thanks.. jul's Posts: 58 Rating: (1)	Hi! No it isn't the colour, this is the first thing that I verified.... I have red with black, green with black, yellow with black, blue with black... but never black with black.... Have you got an other idea ? Thanks very much. Julien

Ikkezelf Posts: 1084 Rating: (72)	If you know what you are doing you can always open the specific archive (database segment) directly within the enterprise manager. In there you can at least see if it's the same type of alarm that is always in black. I normally us the views to check that sort of things directly within the alarm archive. You're sure it isn't the a system alarm that has a different color? Do you see these alarms in the actual alarm list aswell? Can you select the black alarms and press the info and comment button to see what kind of information they give us? with regards, Ikkezelf

jul's Posts: 58 Rating: (1)	Hi everybody !! Thanks for your help !! I find the problem : The table of the alarm logging database wasn't udpated. More precisely, the message configured in the alarm logging wasn't in the table(db0.AlgCSDataFRA). That's why when the message appear it was black. So i exported the alarms, and reimported it. Wincc created a new database with the table updated. So i copy this table updated and pasted-it in the olds databases. When i open the alarm control, all the archived alarms where displayed correctly. But i wonder why the table wasn't automatically updated ? Julien
