sry, still not clear to me. Who set where will be data saved? Your customer??? My vision is this:

1. after collect data from Profinet area, these data will be saved to some DB for other process (monitor,...).

Don't understand why you mention 2 DBs - 700 and 780. If you set DB780 for data, no other DB will be set for this. Pls better explain. You're programmer of PLC?

Update: pls explain how can Customer write data from one to another memory location???

again pls, who set on PLC where are data from RFID after process saved? You or customer? Simply I don't understand your situation, if I'm programmer of PLC and set DB780 for data, no other memory can Customer use, also don't understand why he need hack to my system.

there are lot of protection options depended to HW, SW. You can check CPU protection, DB write access protection, GET/PUT protection, OPC system protection but I think in my opinion that your request isn't doable as you want/imagine (if you set protection on DB, how you can then write to it???). In other case you can send Support request with your specific question.
