block "switch on" for x time

Hi you all,

I looking for a way to block the start signal for x time

B010 and B013 are Network inputs & water pumps prerequisite's

the network inputs are from a thermostat via (DS18B20 > raspberry > node-red)

now i have a timer in node-red to prevent turn on/off to often so I rather would do that in my Logo! Its more safe....

B015 = I1 (no Errors) & manual off

On first start the fuelburner (Q1) has a delay of 10 sec.  B001

if it runs for x time than is stops because a temperature is reached.

It's a feul heater. (diesel)

I control 3 components

(A) 1 boiler flow pump for tabwater,

(B) 1 heater flowpump ,

(C) 1 fuel system (all in one package > blower, injector valve's etc)

Program:

Temp. low  (A) or (B) starts, 10 sec later (C) starts (only if (A) or (B) is running)

If set.temp reached (C) stops 5 min later (A) or (B) stops

If (C) stops a delay OFF (300s) will trigger.

(in those 300s I want to prevent that (C) will start again. Afther these 300s it must start afther 10s)

in short  "I'm looking for a way to block the start signal for x time" (x = 300 in this case)

Why:

if (A) or (B) is running and a little temp. reading failure or a change in temp. preset will start (C) again.

It needs some tuning but is working realy good.

I was thinking of reducing/simplifying the request to a "trigger" input and "task" output. It follows that a counter is probably needed. The design idea is then as follows:

 No this is not working now i have to push x time to turn Q high...I1 is in my case a thermostat.....but Thanks anyway

Well I got it...

First I built a LDR and converted This to FDB

I used a Set/Reset.

The Reset goes high for 30 sec.

If the input wants to start via the Set it will be blocked by the Reset.

Works like a charm
