Yes, there exist a book with basic things about WInCC. Use a search button here or in Internet. I recommed you, in order to have a good starting point to take one/more of available training cources there -https://sitrain.automation.siemens.com/GB/sitrain/ Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

Hi Peace4all, by reg winCC you mean winCC V13 basic/proffesional/advance or WinCC V7? If you mean WinCC proffessionalI think it the winCC V13 manual could be of use. Check out:
Kind regards, Jens |

Very true, in this case I think it's just regular WinCC (= classic WinCC). Best way for me to learn WinCC was a combination of WinCC's manuals (pdf) and the demo-project. Running the demo-project at the time, checking the parts of interest, see how it was done offline and try and play with. That's it. In the end, I learned a whole lot being on this forum too, looking for issue and reading maybe thousands of topics over the years now. |

Hello Jens; It could be a shortcut for "regarding WinCC". What do you think? Regards, Daniel Chartier |
