Dear rigor, Please see following link: how do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? You should use the option "Reset to factory settings" Best regards, Wizard |

Hello Pandi Please follow the Link that wizard have posted a few times... how do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? -->>> you need a RS232/PPIMulti-MasterCable (6ES7 901-3CB30-0XA0) or a USB PPI-Multimaster Cable (6ES7 901-3DB30-0XA0). -> Only with this Cables you are able to do a Reset to factory settings!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its the only way you can restore the Panel functionality. And it doesn´t matter which Image Version yyou have for Prosave because the main goal is to get the Panel work again. Then you can do a Project transfer with OS Upddate/Downgrade and then the right corresponding Image Version is sent to the Panel. Bye Murof |
If this Information really helps, you could use the Rate function |
