Good afternoon dear all

I have a problem with a TP panel ,a boot problem :

It restart all the time and does`t load the proyect.

Then I've performed a backup by CF card and restore it to another TP170B color ,exactly the same model and as a result both pannels shows the same problem now!

I've tried "reseet to factory settings" by wincc and null modem serial cable ,but the conncetion can't be established,neither by MPI cable .

Its is only possible backup an restore by CF card,but the problem is I have no image of any other TP170B color pannel

Could any body please send me an CF card image of that pannel?

Try with Prosave and either RS232-PPI or USB-PPI Multimaster cable

Finnaly by decreasing the baud rate of serial communications it has been possible to transfer the image
