SFC12 and SFC13  for S7 400

For S7300 use FB12 and FB13 (Standard librairie / communication block, such as SFC12 and 13)

On Req input use an edge please, ( positive or negative edge) this is a request communication.

I think you got a mistake on the R_ID the identification of data of the sender (Bsend) must be the same as the receiver (Brcv)... the receiver is the partner so the CPU1 send the data to the receiver of the CPU2   (R_ID=w#16#1 is the name of the packet), in your program the sender and the receiver are in the same CPU take a look to FC10 on Bsend an BRCV,  the same R_ID is using so that mean the CPU send data to itself...
