BUSFAIL ON SYSTEM WITH IM153-2 AND 314-2DP CPU

Dear mr, I have an system with CPU314-2DP with 2 station : 1 IM153-2 (6ES7153-2BA01-0XB0), 1 fanuc station Now, when I turn off and turn on the CPU. Time for booting system is too long about 2 hours (in this time the system display : bus1 fail ) I tested the IM153-2 modul, the profibus cable, the comunication port on the cpu by BT200 (Siemen test tool) and is said all are ok do you know what wrong with It ? and how to solve that problem Attachmentminhphong_1.zip (77 Downloads) |

Dear member Please follow the diagram shown in the attachment to connect the cables to the PROFIBUS connector .Then, In hardware configuration station-> online check if the slave is available or not? regards Attachmentimg515.zip (106 Downloads) |
