It works when I press the button on PLCSIM. When I take my hand off the button, the system stops. It works normally. Only the button on the screen did not work. It actually works but when I press it multiple times it works.

I understand your frustration. 

Unfortunately there is not enough tactile information to base suggestions on. Sharing a project sample is going to be most effective in directing the efforts from our volunteers.

Yes we need more details of your program. perhaps you can make a few screenshots in we can see what is programmed on the object that is not working.

When this Start-Stop button is active, the system starts and runs. When inactive, the system stops. In other words, it works and stops depending on a single input. There is no problem with software. Because I can see it running in PLCSIM. I matched the buttons as you can see in the attached photos. But it doesn't work. I do not understand. Do you have an idea?

I am not a supporter of using the "click" event. The "released" event is better in my opinion.

Then comes what the event does. Better to have the event "set" a bit and have the PLC clear the bit when the action was done. That would mean the start button has a tag and the stop button has another tag.

Thereafter follows how the tag is called in the PLC program. Pushing the tag through the in-out of an FC or FB should be avoided. It is also important to notice for overlapping memory.

How was the bit "Start-Stop" declared in your program and how is it used? Are there PLC instructions that writes to this bit? Is it for example the same bit tag triggered by a physical button?

There is differences between the simulated and actual hardware. One has to be careful for signal timing glitches on an actual system. I am still thinking that this is the root cause problem.

Maybe somewhere in PLC written logic what your Start/Stop bit must be reseted? If yes, so then you press START button from HMI you set bit, but the logic in PLC reset it and nothing happen.

Then you start PLCSIM maybe reset logic not done and it seems everything works fine.

Maybe you do your reset in PLC program like from emergency button or something like that eg. from discrete input?
