      i am having simotion controller c240 (part no:6AU1240-1AA00-0AA0) with MMC card(Detail 6AU1720-1KA00-0AA0 SIMOTION C240 V4.4 HF1 64MB Boot loader V1.2.0.0)..

Following is my System Detail

Initially our customer having C230 with them. Now this controller are absolute we have supplied C240 & above mention MMC card to them as Spare. for this We have converted in Program Controller C230 to C240 with Version V4.4 ) while compiling converted program not getting any error.

Now we have inserted this MMC card in C240 & power up to controller then we are getting Following LED 

DC 5v GREEN Continuous

STOPU & STOP: Yellow flickering

BUS1F & BUS2F: RED Flickering

We are using Scout V4.4 to get online C240 controller

My Question is: Is there any Firmware version problem between My Program & Actual Hardware due to this am in not able to online??

What is problem to get online??

have copy the FW on the MMC?
The C240 need the FW on the MMC to boot up, on a C230 this was not needed but on the C240 it is a must have.

Now where do i get this firmware ?? in Newly purchased MMC don't we get FW??

Do i have to Load Firmware v4.4 HF1 in MMC card or Else???

the SIMOTION C FW can be downloaded here:

Normaly the FW is stored on the card if you order it, you can check this if you open the Card in Windows explorer and check that the files are on the card.

Download the FW an extract it in the root of the MMC then the C240 boot up correctly.

Or it is a systemerror.

Is there a project stored on the card?
If yes rename the USER directory on the card and power up the C240 without project, do this work?

 Thank you for your reply . My MMC card don't contain any USER PROGRAM.

I have cleared all Data from MMC card then Extract Firmware File to MMC card using PG. then inserted this MMC card in Controller . But  On my controller  i am getting following LED status:

DC 5V: Green Continuos

STOPU & STOP: Yellow Flickering

BUS1F & BUS2F: yellow flickering

As per Manual Meaning of these LED Status::

The following actions may be required to rectify the fault:

 Power OFF/ON

 Check micro memory card

 New commissioning procedure

 Replacement of SIMOTION C

So Is there problem in MMC 0r IN Controller????

if you have not format the MMC or someting else then i think there is a problem in the Controller.

Have you another controller C240 to check that?

Is it possible to download Hw configuration  & Program in c240 controller without MMC  card??

no without MMC the C240 is not working.
The FW stored on the MMC is loading at boot up. The C240 have no internal storage for the FW and need always the MMC with FW to start and working with.

You can try to use a older FW (V4.3) to check that the FW is not the problem.
Is the LED status directly after Power On or ist there any other LED Sequance after Power on ?

i have downloaded older version v4.3 & v4.0 in MMC card then also LED status remain same.

After Power Up the Controller initially i get DC 5v:: Green Continuous & STOPU:: Yellow continuous

after some time i get following LED status::

DC 5V: Green Continuous

STOPU & STOP :: yellow flickering

BUS1F & BUS2F:: Vellow flickering.
