check web for C7-623 and I'm sure some PDF is there. As this device combined some HW components like PLC, Panel I expect Step7 (older version) and ProTool/ProTool Lite.

Hi,

please try the following procedure:

Call up the "Accessible Nodes" window by clicking on the "Accessible Nodes" button on the function toolbar or by selecting the menu command"PLC > Display accessible nodes".

Select the  program in the Online view of the node in the "Accessible nodes" window

Copy project to an empty offline project

Simply all is depended to CPU version/firmware. Here I expect older version so upload with TIA versions is not possible.
