Hi, Thx for replay. I have one more question i make my own cable and it looks like that: Computer (RS232) 810T(LPT) 9Pin 25Pin Pin 2 Pin 2 Recive-Transmit Pin 3 Pin 3 Transmit-Recive Pin 4 Pin 6 DTR-DSR Pin 5 Pin 7 Ground-Ground Pin 6 Pin 20 DSR-DTR Pin 7 Pin 5 RTS-CTS Pin 8 Pin 4 CTS-RTS
I know that this cable works with Pcin and 810T. What you think it will be working with step5 and 810?

Hi, What is your 810 plc MLFB number of SIMATIC. I think better use original cable my 6ES5734-2BF00 cable is PG connection COM/TTY male 25pin and S5 PLC/AG side 15pin male. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/27610457 I think you are not need this cable, because you candownload program from panel not from PLC unit? -Heksu- |

Hi, I borrow cable for S5 AG/TTY (6ES5 734-1BD20). But still i have problem this cable is from one side men DB15 and from another female DB25. I have on machine-Sinumerik 810T female DB25 and in computer RS232 and also LPT port (I prefer RS232 DB9). So right now i need more conveners from Sinumerik 810T site i need to change female for men because it is not possible co connect female to female:-) And from computer side other cable to change DB15 to RS232(DB9).
