Dear Sir/Madame, Could you please help me with calculating the current and power consumption of the following ET200SP HA cards, I have used the TIA software (and watched the video) but I don't really understand how under the details tab in the 24Vdc Consumer View the consumption tag under each load group works. I assume that this is the load for each group and I can adjust it depending on how many signals are connected? I have listed the cards I am using below:- 1. 6DL1131-6TH00-0PH1 - Depending on my signal type 10k switched (Contactor or relay?), unswitched (is this volt free?) or NAMUR do I multiply the 16 Ch's by signal "1" value than add the Input current consumption 95mA (or 115mA) to give me the total load for the card I can then adjust to suit how my card is loaded? 2. 6DL1132-6BH00-0PH1 - Do I multiply the 16 Ch's by 0.5A and also add the current consumption of 60mA (or 70mA)? 3. 6DL1134-6TH00-0PH1 - Current consumption of the entire card is 80mA rated is this the value I require? 4. 6DL1135-6TF00-0PH1 - 8ch multiplied by 20mA (230mA for the total card)? 5. 6DL1155-6AU00-0PM0 - 700mA Current Consumption is this the correct value to use? 6. As all of my cards are redundant do I need to double the values to account for this? Attachment6DL11316TH000PH1 Datasheet.pdf (67 Downloads) |
