Calibration of Siwarex

Hello , Everyone i am trying to calibrate the siwarex wp231 using the ready_to_use programme with tp700 but i can't calibrate , at the empty scale everything is good but when i press calibration with first weight i get data command error and calibration parameter error 

can any one help please , i use cpu 1215

what  is  the exact message you have?

If you have this you can go to the manual chapter 9.5.3, here you get some hints.

In chapter 7 you have also a procedure that guides you through the calibration process.

Quite often the problem is that the calibration weight is to small or the digit difference between the calibration digits 0 and - 1 is to small. If you have load cells with 2mV/V characteristic vale the minimum calibration weight is 2% of the nominal load of all connected load cells. This corresponds  to 40000 digits. The actual digits you can see in DR31.
