Patrikk Posts: 131 Rating: (0)	During conversion vrom s5 to s7 i got some errors in the SFC20 call. Errors are displayed as comments in the generated AWL file: //CALL SFC 20 ( // SRCBLK:= P#????? BYTE 138 , // RET_VAL:= conv_ret_val, // DSTBLK:= P#????? BYTE 138 // ); // * Error in Line 1457 (FB 101): CALL SFC20 generated. Please complete parameter list. * what should i do to fix this error ??? plz help!!

It is possible you want to copy data from Datablocks. The any pointer can be P#DBa.DBX0.0 byte 138 Where a is number of Datablock. Best regards, Wizard

But before this statement, there is loaded something in ACCU1 and ACCU2, (source and destination) mexflexx dear wizard, i investigated it..all the statements were converted and oinly tnb 138 hadnt been converted. its a one line statement...i wrote the following statement and after compiling it worked. CALL SFC 20 ( SRCBLK:= P#DB11.DBX0.0 BYTE 138 , RET_VAL:= conv_ret_val, DSTBLK:= P#DB11.DBX0.0 BYTE 138 ); do u think i can do that? there were no errors after compiling. I agree, there should be no errors. But it make no sense , you copy 138 bytes from DB11.DBx0.0 to the same place (DB11.DBX0.0) Please try to find in Step 5 programm, before the statement TNB 138, what is in ACCU 1 and ACCU 2.
