1.Delete the alarm log file.You don't have SD Card, but log file might be saved somewhere internal memory.

2.Delete "simatic" folder from internal memory ,program folder" and the reset once again via prosave TIA.

3.Compile and rebuild the project and download it.Use latest version of TIA Portal which you have in laptop.

4.Update OS

5.If problem persist, make a new simple program and download to HMI. This program shall smaller size.Then check the behavior of the HMI. If HMI again reboot then infer that HMI have component problem or virus infection.

Where to find the Simatic folder you say in Point2??

I have the same issue with a panel, in both machines that are twins: I mean that I download the same program to both machines; but it happens in only one machine,... ...

I used version TIA PORTAL V15.1 updated 4  ---> I updated to V16 to see if it solves issue->NOT

I only have 3 tags with continuous adquistion mode.

I have reduced the most of the tags to refresh time 1 second.

What it is strange is that it olny happens in only one machine of both identicals...

Split from HMIRTM.EXE encountered a serious error and must shut down.

I have moved HMI faulty from one machine to another one and the problem has moved with HMI, so the problem is specific from this HMI, not anything related to data or communication,.......

P.D. We replaced by a new one, and the problem appears again.....

I dont understand anything... maybe a series of HMI with something faulty inside???
