Can i use attached load cell CZL 632 with 7MH4950-2AA01 module..??

One 7MH5103-3PD00 Load cell giving the 225mV on Sig+ Sig- when 150 kg load applied on it and module giving the SF fault i confirm the channel is ok but SIWATOOL display operational error ADC overload. Charactristic value configured 2mV this fault occure after 2 month it was working good. now we have no in stock the spare 7MH5103-3PD00 Can i use attached load cell CZL 632 with 7MH4950-2AA01 module..?? The load cell signal of 225mV on Sig+ Sig- is wrong! The load cell signal of the 7MH5103-3PD00 has to be in the range of 0 … +20 mVDC. This is the reason why the SF fault is on. I guess the load cell is damaged or the wires are wrong connected. Best regards Siwarexi

We are searching for route cause of load cell damaging i think if there will be electrically problem occure then also module channel will be faulty, but both channel are OK i have interchnged the another healthy load cell cable whats you opinion..?? Or any problem with mechanical structure design, please see attached installed location. actual load which is applied on it including conveyor weight = 450kg and load cell capacity is 500kg. CZL 632 is Parallel beam type capacity 2000kg, is it approperiate for this application..?? see attached. Thanks. Attachment pic.zip (308 Downloads)

Store this Siwatool-file and post this file to this thread. Afterwards I will take a look into the Siwatool file. The maximum platform size of the load cell 7MH5103is 600 x 600 mm. The frame of yourscale is quite large! Is your frame larger than 600 x 600 mm? I don’t know the maximum platform size of the CZL 632. Therefore I can’t say if this load cell is appropriate for you. Auto Calculate adjustment digit was not possible result was tottally unexpected as 2mV/V Charachtristic value and offset in uV/V. Thanks. Attachment LC_CH1-CH2.zip (295 Downloads)
