It was not connected to the encoder communication connection.

Do I have to check something? Do you need to check some parameters?

Or do I need to check the encoder-related programs?

Also check the Profinet name of that Encoder, are you sure you assigned it ?

Give us more info because it is not so easy to help without knowing almost nothing ;)

                   In my point of view First You have to Check The Connection . Pinging the IP In PC .

                   After That U have to Check Device Name and configuration of Encoder Details.

                   After Configuration Done, power Off and On all the Connected Device In plc System At the same time ..

                  In Simple U can Check Primary Setup tool To check Ip assignments ..
