Can not Upload Program Block from an S7 200 CPU 224

Pawel_L Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello everbody, I Have the same problem witm CPU -244XP CN 02.01 - I have tried all suggestions from previous but it still don't work.I will forgot I use mcroWin 7 SP8 and I can't upload or download any data from this CPU. My friend is using nW7 SP7 and it works fine. When I try to compare sourecewith cpu I have warning that "Block version is a newer version and cannot be uploaded" . When I try to upload program I have error on PLC - Non-Fatal Errors No. 82 - Illegal instruction; check instruction mnemonics - this is even happen if I write simple program for one network. Can anybody have any idea how to solve this??

guillermo88 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Thanks for your answer; The type/part is:S7200 CPU 224 DC/DC/DC 214-1AD23-0XB0 I tried to upload the project using two different ways. First i used my cable PPI, the pg/pc interface in my PG was this: Access Point of application ---> micro/win CP5611 (PPI). 19.2 kbps. The second attemp was using a USB/PPI multimaster cable 6ES7 901-3DB30-0XA0. The pg/pc interface in this case was this: Access Point of application ---> micro/win PC/PPI cable (PPI). 19.2 kbps.Local connection USB. In the two attemps i could upload only the data block and system block.

guillermo88 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello Ayman; I read the post that you suggested, but that thread is about a failure during a connection with a CPU 21x. In my case the connection with the CPU and my PG is done, but the error is generated after uploading the system and data blocks. The error is generated just when the upload status of the block program reach 100%. At this point the window show the next message: "block version is a newer version and cannot be uploaded". I have the last service pack of microwin: SP9. I appreciate your comments about it. Kind regards

Never had a problem with it but just trying to find a cause. Is there communication on one off the ports? Try uploading in stop mode. Regards, Marcjan

Unfortunatly, right now I have no availability of the PLC, but as soon i have it, i will try your suggestion. I will report you about the results of the test. Kind regards; Guillermo
