I'm new programming Hart Protocol with Siemens. Best Regards ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello Uriel; Have a look at the manual for the ET 200M HART modules:with an extract of data for the 6ES7331-7TF01-0AB0 module as attachment below. SIMATIC ET 200M distributed I/O device HART analog modules As you can see, the description of the module states that it ill support HART variables with 4-20 mA range, on any of the 8 input channels of the module. Please read chapter 3 of the suggested manual for information on configuration and commissioning of these HART modules, especially section 3.2.3 describing how to configure the HART variable s you wish to read from your transducers. You do not mention if you are using PCS 7 for ypur project, as the OP did. f this is the case, then this document could interest you: How do you use the HART additional variables in addition to the actual HART process value in PCS 7? By the way, where did you read that you had to use a ET 200ISP to read secondary... variables on a HART module, it would be interesting to see that document. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
