Can S7-V5.3 safety be installed on S7 V5.4

aikona Posts: 487 Rating: (36)	HI Can S7-V5.3 safety be installed on S7 V5.4? We have a safety PLC with didn't need any attention till now .When we got the PLC we got Step V5.3 software with it but the Step 7 manager we now use is V5.4 Eric

You can find it via START > SIMATIC > PROCUT NOTES. The file is also storded on the installation dvd. There you can find all officially tested and released versions for different versions of operating systems. EDIT: Ok, just what is given in the post above (FAQ)
