I can't connect with a siemens s7-300  plc  with simatic s7 pc adapter usb a2 
When i try to connect the S7 software is displaying the next fault

Error 0x031a: No active PROFIBUS/MPI network found. If you want the CP of this PC to be the only active module (for example in DP master mode), the setting <PG/PC is the only master on bus> must be activated.

I tried to change the master on the bus, after that

Error 0x0313: Transmission rate does not match network transmission rate or wrong interrupt

When i change the baudrate from 187,5 kbps  to 19,2 kbps  the software is displaying.

Does anyone knows a solution for this problem?

is this a empty PLC or have you a project running on it?
And which PLC exactly (MLFB)?

try to set the CPU to delivery state. Then you know the communication parameters. See how it works in following manual. Also the Properties of the CPU in the delivery state are provided in the manual. Chapter 9.5 page 197:
