Can't control the PLC from LOGO!

BeatrizPrates Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi there! I have the LOGO! 8 and the LOGO! Soft Comfort Version 8.2. When I make the log in, I can access to my system, however, I can't control the PLC from LOGO! BM because nothing appears on the display, and when I click on the arrows, no order is made. Could someone help or clarify me if there is any step in the installation to allow this control access? If so, did you set a check mark on web server when creating the message text? The web server only displays the display of a LOGO! or a TDE. Likewise, the keys are only provided virtually. However, the keys only perform functions if they are used in a LOGO! program. Via the web server you do not get into the menu level of the LOGO!. This is only possible directly at the base module.

BeatrizPrates Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello! Thank you so much for the answer. I have a base program installed on LOGO! 8 and another on the data card that is inserted in the PLC. So, they should then have the keys on the LOGO! BM of the web server work? I didn't creat any text messages. Thanks a lot
