Hello fel low programmers!

I use Wincc unified PC Runtime V17 update 4 on ITP1000 tablet.

I'm asking for help with one of my issues. I configured an alarm log with parameters seen in attachment.

On one of my screens I use alarm control where alarm source is set to Logged alarms. The option Show recent is also checked. 

The log works fine until it reaches 1000 rows. I know that this is the maximum that the alarm control can show and that's fine. The problem is that recent logged alarms are not shown anymore. I have to upload the whole project again and tick the option Reset all logs in runtime everytime that the number of rows reaches 1000. 

I want the alarm control window to always show recent 1000 logged alarms. I don't know if my problem is with alarm log configuration or with my alarm control settings. 

Any help would be greatly appriciated!

Have you tried update 5? It brings improvements in the behaviour of the alarms.

I tried this route but I can only set a time window under the filters and not let say "In the last 5 days".

Is this possible to do with scripts?

I discovered that this problem is only present on PC runtimes. The script works fine on Unified panels.

I now believe this is just one of many bugs on unified systems...

If you manage to solve this, please let me know

I found the sollution!

I just rewrote 1 line like this:

 filterString += "RaiseTime >= " + `${myNewDate.toISOString()}`;

I have no Idea why this works. It was just trial and error.
