Hi guys, I am working on a project using two V90 from Siemens.

I have a procedure to home my system, and the idea is to call this procedure when needed.

The problem is I wanted to use the bit HomingDone, to call the procedure when this bit is 0, but i can't find it.

I am working with V90, CPU 1513 and TIA Portal V16.

Attached you will find the DB of the technological object.

A TO_SpeedAxis is not something what you can home, I think.

 The thought is correct, but not in this case.

I assume this statement is based on the screenshot, where the first parameter in the DB is "Base" of type "TO_SpeedAxis". But this does not mean that the TO we are talking about is a TO SpeedAxis! Instead this is indeed a TO PositioningAxis!

The TO we see here derives from TO_SpeedAxis, therefor it must be TO PositioningAxis.

E.g. if this would be a TO SpeedAxis, then the data type of parameter "Base" would be TO_Axis; it it is a TO SynchronousAxis the type of "Base" would be TO_PositioningAxis.

Therefor the solution is exactly what Mister T posted.
