Can´t get online - the plc name shows up as CPUCOMMON, not as plc_1 or 1214C

My prroblem, i think is a bit more simple. i just can´t get online, when i tried (several times), the plc name shows up as CPUCOMMON, not as plc_1 or 1214C, as have to be, so when i manage to connect, it tells me, incompatible cpu. i`m using a eth straight cable, not sd card or st else. what can i do? Thanks in advance for your help. Carlos A

There is a FAQ in the internet which descibe the steps which do you have to do if you load the moduls in the CPU.
