Can't install logo web editor

HaVanNghia Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	when i install logo web editor , error "most probably the bundled jvm is not compatible with the current platform " . I tried 32bit and 64bit version, but doesn't work. please help me!

ixo65 Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 12/11/2023 Posts: 31602 Rating: (3930)	Is your Java version up to date? Trying both versions (32 or 64 bit) does not help. You need to install the correct version for your OS version. If your OS has 32 bit, then you have to install the 32 bit version. If your OS has 64 bit, then you have to install the 64 bit Version.
