Can't install Simatic Step 7 professional V13

After i had installed all the windows updates and a good browser it was time for the simatic software, i just recieved a couple of DVD's with Step 7 professional V13 that i haven't tested yet so i tought it would be good to start with that BUT...every time i start the installer i get this message : "You must restart your comuter before you can run setup. Do you want to reboot your computer now?"
