Can't login simulation

Hello,

I've always been able to login into my simulation, for some reason in the last week (not sure if it happened already before update 4 or not) I can't login into the simulation, it will always say 'Incorrect name or password. Try entering your credentials again'. Even though they are correct. It works on the real HMI and I haven't changed the users in a long while. 

What can I do to resolve this issue? I've tried incognito browser and I've selected a language.

In wincc unfied configurator, in the user administration section, have you checked the option  "use the configuration loaded from TIA PORTAL"?

Also, make sure to select a language when login the simulation with your credentials (for example, English).

If this still doesn't work, try login into the User Management Center first, then login in the Unified simulation.

 Yes language is selected. Where can I find this User Management Center?
