Can't login to WinCC Unified Runtime

I'm using TIA Portal V17 Update 1 and have a trouble when I tried to login to WinCC Unified Runtime. It's always shows "Incorrect name or password" even used a username and password I've configured in TIA Portal project. I already selected "Use configuration downloaded via TIA Portal" in WinCC Unified configuration and unchecked "Keep current user administrator data in runtime" before load the project.

I also uninstall the entire TIA Portal V17 and reinstall it again but this problem still occurs. Could anyone please suggest me what I have to do ? or what is the cause ?

could it be, that you are using an ivalid character in the password, which is filtered out by TIA but not by the browser?

I think you did everything right. There is just a technical problem there.

I think you need to follow the attached workaround made by Siemens. 

Note that the "ProgramData" folder is hidden, so you need to view the hidden items to be able to modify the security settings of this folder.
