Can't upload all project from D425

nesrine.tn Experienced Member Joined: 1/20/2011 Last visit: 4/17/2025 Posts: 32 Rating: (0)	helloo,, i want to upload data and HW from D425-2DP/PN using SCOUT TIA V4.4 HF11 AND the project by TIA V13 SP2 I upload the D425-2DP/PN but i can't connect to SINAMICS integrated and upload HW of device !!! how can i upload all HW and DATA from a station composed by D425-2 +CX32-2 + 6 DOUBLE motor module 6SL3120-2TE13-0AA4 ?? HELP PLEASE !!!!

The HW configuration in TIA ?(Upload as new Station?) After Upload in TIA you must open Scout tia, connect to the devices and start the Upload. Do you get any errormessage if you try to connect? Any screen if yes? Regards Christoph

nesrine.tn Experienced Member Joined: 1/20/2011 Last visit: 4/17/2025 Posts: 32 Rating: (0)	HELLO, thx for reply i tried to upload from TIA but an error occured when i click to upload ,despite the fact that communication was well established . so i create a new project , insert D425 communicate to it then i open simotion scout , go on line and upload project . as result , i can upload D425 ( CODE , AXIS ...) BUT SINAMICS integrated is offline and i can not connect to upload device .

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 4/17/2025 Posts: 22620 Rating: (3060)	Hi, if you create a new D425 then the Subnet ID for the Integrated is different from the Offline. In this case you should set the SubNet ID for the INtegrated to the same like the one which is used in the target. Start accessible Nodes in Scout and show for the S7 SubNet ID of the Integrated, this found id configure in the TIA Project, save and after that you can try again to connect to the Sinamics. nesrine.tn Experienced Member Joined: 1/20/2011 Last visit: 4/17/2025 Posts: 32 Rating: (0)	hello, to communicate to SINAMICS INTEGRATED , i chosen to connect as device , then i click to Accessible nodes,after displaying accessible nodes, i click to project -->Connect to selected target device i resolved the communication with sinamics integrated , and the same for the extended controller CX32-2; BUT when i compiled the project after uploading , errors occured!!! see attachement !!!! ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 4/17/2025 Posts: 22620 Rating: (3060)	Hello, this messages mean that the connection between TO Axis on Simotion to DO Drive on Sinamics are broken. This happens if you first upload the SIMOTION and after that the Sinamcis. You can open the the adress list and click with rigth mouse button on the uper left corner an show if you can restore the connections. Or you upload the simotion again. last chance is to recreate a new project , configure the Subnet from the Offline, then got online , first upload Sinamics and CX then Simotion. Can you post the messages from the SIMOTION Upload? Regards Christoph
