if i understand you corretly, you don't know the IP-Address of the device anymore and you can't get out of the runtime to the control Panel?

To get it back to factory settings you need to set the Panel into maintanance mode. You can do that in the control panel, what is not working for you or you can use the hardware button on the device.

I just tested it. It showed me the IP-Address but just for a really short time. Then you can reset it with ProTool.
