Can use flags M25 to M31 as normal flags as well?

Good morning, I've read that the Initialization Flag M8 is high for one cycle after startup, and in the next cycle it acts as a normal flag. Can I use flags M25 to M31 as normal flags as well? I'm using a LOGO! 12/24 RCEO, so I don't need any backlights and would like to use those flags as normal flags.
