I have this driver (pulse interface): https://www.amazon.com/SainSmart-Micro-Stepping-Stepper-Driver-ST-M5045/dp/B00DFSF9GE/ref=pd_bxgy_60_3/147-8451807-3566906?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00DFSF9GE&pd_rd_r=0D1MZ7EQ2H0QMS5CT8YF&pd_rd_w=fOhV0&pd_rd_wg=NSWT7&psc=1&refRID=0D1MZ7EQ2H0QMS5CT8YF I have Siemens s71200. I want to ask: 1. if it is possible to move motor using this driver for a specific number of steps and 2. if it is posiible in the absolute position using Motion Control Library? 3. If this is not possible using above driver what driver should be used instead to move motor for a specific number of steps using motion control library? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Closed cause question posted twice. The second thread with the subject MOVE MOTOR TO ABSOLUTE POSITION USING MOTION CONTROL is published within the conference MOVE MOTOR TO ABSOLUTE POSITION USING MOTION CONTROL. Best regards, Jen_Moderator |
