Can use the standard patch cords instead of DriveCliq cable?

 DriveCliq Cable especially for connect encoder ，has two more cores  than RJ45 for encoder power supply.

first of all  DRIVE-CLiQ signal cables has two types 

-Pre-assembled DRIVE-CLiQ signal cables (without 24 V DC cores)

- DRIVE-CLiQ MOTION-CONNECT 500 signal cables (with 24 V DC cores)

 it is clear, DriveCliq encoder requires external power, so original DriveCliq Cable has additional power wires.

But what for example, if we need to connect

CU320 and SLM (SMART LINE MODULE)

SLM and SLM

CU320 and SMM (SINGLE MOTOR MODULE)

CU320 and TM31, SMC30, TM150

in these cases,  can use the standard patch cords (no DriveCliq)???

Of course it is better to use the original but for example if i ordered the wrong length (not enough length)...

are there any recommendations for optimal length  Drive Cliq Cable?

eg. I have 

CU320- 2PN + MM + SMC30 + TM31 + TM150 

CU - TM31 - TM150 and SMC30 - installed side by side  - what cable length is better to take? 0.36m?

I'm afraid that I might be wrong with the cable length, 

can i order separately Drive Cliq Cable (eg.100m) and  DRIVE-CLiQ connections (eg. 50 pcs.)

and make  myself? what are the order numbers?
