Can we use 1 CP 1623 with S7 redconnect in H system

Prats Posts: 272 Rating: (4)	Dear All, I want to use 1 CP 1623 as it has two ports in a H system with S7 redconnect. Previously we were using 2xCP1613 with Redconnect. Is this possible or we have to opt for 2X CP 1623 again to make it work properly.

Eastern Posts: 557 Rating: (64)	Hello, Another port is act as switch. in case of CP1623 Fail. your network will down. in case of 2 cpi1613 if one fail another will work.
