Hello meijie; I am sorry, but your question indicates that you are not familiar with the ET 200 distributed I/O system from Siemens. Pleaase have a quick look at this brochure, it shows the different versions of the ET 200 system that are available today: https://www.automation.siemens.com/salesmaterial-as/brochure/en/brochure_simatic-et200_en.pdf The ET 200M is one of those versions (open the brochiure at page 33), it integrates head modules for Profibus-DP (IM 153-2) and Profinet (IM 153-4) with I/O modules from the S7-300 family.Have a look at the screenshot below. So if your S7-1500 has a Profibus or Profinet connection available, it can easily integrate an ET 200M system. It can actually use any of the versions of ET 200 described in the brochure. You can choose any one, selecting your favorite I/O modules; for example, the ET 200MP uses I/O modules from the S7-1500 family, if you prefer them. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

thank you dchartier. right with you , my opinion was ET200M + s7 300 modules and connected to the s7 1500 via profinet network. |
